5. Services and Contracts

All home improvement services provided by CPR Home Improvements LLC are governed by a separate written contract between CPR and the client. That contract, and not these Terms of Service, controls the specific terms of any project including scope of work, payment schedule, warranties, and dispute resolution. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed project contract, the project contract shall control.

All content on this Site, including project photos, before-and-after images, text, logos, and graphics, is the property of CPR Home Improvements LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Project photos displayed on this Site represent real work completed by CPR Home Improvements LLC. Client information associated with those projects remains confidential.
